Fantastic Hotel Experience!
smooth arrival fast check-in excellent breakfast modern equipment
My arrival was smooth. The check-in was fast. I found the room elegant, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and in-room dining met expectations. I enjoyed the serene pool and the gym that had modern equipment!
The service at the service line was not instant. It took them some time to respond and deliver the items I wanted.

The room had great size. It was stylish and very well appointed with everything needed. The marina view was fantastic, especially at night!

I enjoyed the food in all the restaurants. Breakfast at the Riviera was tasty. The meals and desserts in the Gallery were also enjoyable. The Gallery has large tables and sofa seats.

Very nice Stay, A Must-Visit!
professional staff amazing views poolside area
This hotel delivered everything! The staff is cute and professional. I was even remembered from a previous visit. My junior suite featured amazing views! The poolside area provided space to relax.
My check-in was not smooth. The delayed luggage and an incorrect meal charge was on my bill. I found this unacceptable for a luxury hotel.

long waiting time childish menu
the valet parking? what a joke. i waited almost half an hour for my car one evening, and nobody seemed to care a bit. and another thing, the room service menu, it needs serious help. seemed like i was picking from a kids menu, not what one expects especially if you are paying those prices.

professional staff amazing pt long wait check-in experience
The room was comfortable and large. The gym had a great PT named Wael and he was amazing. Staff at the pool area are super professional and give a fast service.
My check-in experience was disappointing. I was told someone would assist me in 10 minutes, but I waited an hour and a half. After that, I waited another 30 minutes for my luggage, and I had to call to remind them.
